Operating entity and brand
Planning wording: E-SHAHN is a freight marketplace brand operated by Token139 ApS, a Danish company registered in Copenhagen. Counsel must confirm the exact operating entity, trade-name status, contracting party, VAT/tax language, notices, and required company details.
Marketplace use
The final terms should define customer accounts, forwarder accounts, eligibility, acceptable use, quote requests, booking responsibilities, document handling, support channels, suspension rights, and dispute handling.
Payments, refunds, and fees
Payment provider, currency, taxes, refund handling, chargebacks, cancellation rules, invoicing, and any marketplace fee model are not approved in this placeholder. The old refund-policy URL redirects here until a reviewed refund policy exists.
Liability and service-provider responsibility
The final terms must describe E-SHAHN's role, the responsibilities of forwarders and carriers, cargo documentation duties, insurance limits, service exclusions, and how shipment issues are escalated.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Danish and applicable EU wording is the current planning direction. Counsel must approve the final governing law, jurisdiction, consumer/business distinctions, and any legacy-user transition terms.
