Refund Policy

A forwarder rejected your shipment?

If a forwarder rejected your shipment, we can refund the payment subject to the following conditions:

  • Shipment should be booked through E-SHAHN website.
  • We refund only for the advance payment collected by E-SHAHN, which is paid as Cash/Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. This will be done once we have received the rejection from the service provider in our system and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. Please make sure you post it back to us in good time.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with currency conversion and/or local or international taxes - but this is pretty rare.

Please note: Refund request must be sent to support@e-shahn.com with booking reference number from the website.
